Middle Point UMC is located in the northwest Ohio town of Middle Point, 22 miles northwest of Lima and 50 miles southeast of Ft. Wayne, Indiana.
The church is affiliated with the Northwest Plains District of the West Ohio Conference of the United Methodist Church.
